Hello, I have a spare room for rent in a huge 6 bedroom house in kemptown from the 28th January till the end of August. They are all good size double bedrooms and a (Email Removed After Let) house is currently all students which has to remain that way due to council tax reasons, with age ranges from 19-21 so would ideally like it to remain similar. There is a bus stop right outside the house going to all campuses and a 10 minute walk into town. The rent is £509 PCM, with bills roughly around £40. There is also a £700 damage deposit.
