About us - Only me and my wife with our infant kid living in this 3 bedroom house, and this spacious en-suite bedroom is on 2nd floor which is for rent. The toilet bath is very spacious as seen in the pictures. This area is quiet and has access to most of the shops/ takeaways/pubs and off licence shops less than half minute walking distance.

East Croydon station is located within 7 minutes reach by tram which is only 4 minutes away from the property.
