This must be one of the best student houses in Sheffield.  This large attractive house is ideally situated as the main University campus are a 10 min walk way and access to excellent public transport is 5 mins - bus and Supertram.  It has 3 large socialising areas - a lounge with excellent views across the city, large newly refurbished fitted kitchen, and dining conservatory/utility room.  It is well equipped, warm and welcoming.  The bedrooms are of excellent size .  One of the bedrooms has a king-sized bed with a range of fitted wardrobes and its own en-suite bathroom with corner bath, separate shower cubicle, toilet and wash basin.  All rooms have double beds.  There are two other large bathrooms with bath, shower, toilet and wash basin and a separate downstairs toilet.  There is a large terrassed sitting out area at the back of the house which is nice for summer bbq's.  It is fully double glazed, has gas central heating, and a gas combi boiler providing unlimited amounts of hot water.  The house benefits from fibre optic internet access which is so fast that at least 10 devices can be used at once!
