On the main road in Olton (a short walk from the train station) with easy access into both Solihull and Birmingham, a light and spacious first floor flat with it's own entrance and parking, which would suit a single occupant or couple. It's in an Edwardian building and has lots of character, tall double glazed windows and big rooms. There are outside steps up to a porch and door to the kitchen which leads to a dining room. A corridor leads towards the front of the flat with a big double bedroom off (with window overlooking the back garden), the bathroom, and the sitting room at the front of the property.  Off the sitting room is a boxroom which I used as an occasional single bedroom or study. There are french doors in the kitchen leading to a balcony with room for a table and chairs.

The kitchen is newly fitted, as are the carpets.

I have a few properties in the area and all my tenants stay for several years.
