Offering an attractive, spacious household with outdoor space/south facing courtyard garden.  Parking available on street (non-permit). Option to either share communal space or to have their own bedroom and lounge. The successful tenant would have to supply own bed; the rest of the house is furnished.

 A quiet, non-smoking household with all amenities, fitted kitchen and bathroom, and good decor throughout. Washing machine, fridge and communal furniture supplied by current tenant.

Bus stop is just a few moments walk and within walking distance of the city centre/University. Walking distance to Hyde Park Road with lots of independent shops and coffee shops.

Looking for a quiet, respectful professional flatmate. I am a lecturer at the University. I regularly travel for work so there will be times where I am away for weeks at a time.

No smoking. Suit one professional, working person with impeccable references to sign a joint new tenancy agreement. Bills will be shared. Council tax band B.

This is for a new house share with the current long term tenant and a private double room - rent will be £500 pcm for one person.  Deposit will be one month's rent in advance for the new tenant of £500.
