4. Confirmation of employment - a written employer’s reference on company letter headed paper confirming the tenant’s or tenants' permanent and current employment and that their salary (or combined salary) is at least a multiple of 2.5 of rent (i.e. £34,500 per year). Self-employed need to provide proof of earnings over the last year.
We are also required to inspect the property 3 monthly.
