We are 3 housemates - Clotilde (29), Angie (28) and Dominik (30) - and have been living together since March 2021. Sadly two of our housemates will be moving out in summer 2024 so we are looking for like-minded individuals to fill their room!

**About the house**
We live in an amazing period house just off Brick Lane, and absolutely love living here. It's 5 storeys (250sqm), has lots of high ceilings, a living room to chill or WFH, a large kitchen + dining room, 3 bathrooms, and a basement/utility room. It's ideally located near Spitalfields market, Columbia Road flower market, Brick Lane and a 10 min walk from several tube stations (Liverpool Street, Aldgate East, Shoreditch High Street).

**About the room**
Set on the 2nd floor, this is the largest room in the house and right next to the main bathroom. It has super high ceilings, large double-glazed windoes, can come unfurnished or partly furnished (option to buy some items inc. bed from current housemate)

**About us**
We are an international household with ties to Australia, Switzerland, France, China and Malaysia, but have lived in London for many years. Angie and Dominik are in tech and Clotilde is a researcher.

We are all passionate about co-living and creating a community at home. We enjoy doing things together - like cooking whenever we are home, fermenting foods, hosting dinners, going out to gigs or watching a film together. We are a communal foodie (meat-eating) household and spend a lot of our time in the kitchen, but we do a lot of things on our own too (gospel choirs, building speakers, pottery, dance etc). We want our home to be a safe space for everyone, so we value open communication at all times!

- Move-in date July or August 2024 (flexible)
- Deposit: 1 month’s rent in advance

**Details**
- Bills £150/month/per person including electricity, Internet, council tax (Band F) and weekly cleaner who cleans shared spaces only
- Food is one of our love languages, so we have a communal approach to food. We share our food expenses.
- Lease is annual and runs until March 2025 and can be extended
