My apartment is 3 bed / 2 bath. The ensuite bedroom is already rented to a tenant. I am now moving out myself - and keeping the third small bedroom for myself.

Therefore the room I’m looking to rent is the middle bedroom and main bathroom. This will be your own private bathroom, except for when I occasionally stay over - likely for a day or two every couple of months.

The tenancy is direct with me as landlord, no agent.
