We have a large double en-suite available, fully furnished with new king sized bed, newly carpeted, 40” tv with free view and on demand, full fibre broadband, table and chairs for dining or workstation, own hallway with storage, fridge/wine chiller, en-suite bathroom with bath, wc and sink (shower room available if preferred). Plenty of safe parking, two acres of gardens and a further 8 acres of fields to wander. Edge of village location with shops and pubs a mile down the lane. Lounge/reading room/music room to relax in. Large kitchen/diner. Use of washing machine/tumble drier as required. Evening meals available (small additional charge - £25 per week) Tea/coffee/bottled water/soft drinks provided free of charge. Tea/coffee making facilities in room.

We are looking for someone who loves country living, nature and wildlife, and who wants a home from home in a stunning rural location, with nearest market town just 20 minutes drive. Edge of RSPB woodland and area of Special Scientific Interest. 

All bills included in rent, including broadband. Evening meals extra (if required) at £25 per week.
