Lovely light double room for rent in a family house . Sharing with me , my 7 year old daughter (some of the time ), and 2 friendly cats . Large garden and spacious living . The room is furnished with a (very comfy )double bed, wardrobe and day bed . Would suit someone (probably female ) who ideally does not work from home , open to short term also and students . Must be thoughtful and respectful , not a party house, but a lovely happy sanctuary . Hurstpierpoint has some great pubs and restaurants , a few shops and easy access to a23 and Brighton /London . Train is from hassocks . Also great walks locally as so near the National parks , the house has 2 living areas and bathrooms , plenty of space . Bills are included but a cleaner can be arranged on top . Deposit and references required.
