Current lodger has been her for 8 years and is now moving on to live with her boyfriend.  I've had some really great girls living in the house, some of whom have gone on to buy their own place. 

Short bus ride to Kingston so convenient for those working or studying there. Chessington North or Surbiton (bus ride) offers easy access to SouthWest trains stations including Clapham Junction and Waterloo.
