We are based in a quite, friendly area of Pontprennau which is only 10-15 minuted drive to Cardiff City Centre and 4 minutes
 drive to the M4. Just 1 min by walking to bus stop which directly head to the city centre. 


Also, we are closed to the McDonalds, ASDA superstore, B&Q, Subway, Costa coffee,.... Currently seeking a flatmate to share a property, featuring a personal double room with shared bathroom. 

The room comes fully furnished with all white goods such as spacious wardrobe, dressing/working desk, bedside table; alongside with comfort double size bed. The kitchen is set up with essential cooking stuffs like pots, pans, tableware, microwave, and toaster.... 

Ideally, I'm looking to welcome a professional into our home - someone who values cleanliness and tidiness as much as I do, and who also enjoys socializing.
