The apartment is on the fifth floor & offers gorgeous south facing views over Penarth & the marina below through floor-to-ceiling windows & large wrap-around balcony.

Fully furnished double bedroom with double bed & mattress, large built-in wardrobe with shoe rack & wooden hangers, bedside tables, wall mirror, wall-mounted smart TV & sitting chair.

The occupant will have sole access to their own private bathroom (a shower & tiles have since been installed over the bath - the image in the gallery shows the bathroom before it was installed) as well as access to the large living room, balcony & kitchen with all utensils & appliances including fridge freezer, washing machine, tumble drier, microwave etc.

Free secure parking is available onsite with parking permit.

All main bills included - super-fast broadband, council tax, electricity, water, ground rent, property maintenance charges.

A 24 hour concierge is located directly opposite the block.

The Location: The apartment is located in the Cardiff International Sports Village with easy access to the A4232 & M4. Both Cardiff City Centre & Penarth Town are less than a 10 minute drive or Taxi away. Bus stop directly outside the complex that regularly makes a 20 minute bus trip into the city & Cogan railway station is also within walking distance.

Local Facilities: Within walking distance you'll find several supermarkets, several gyms, cafes & coffee shops, bakery & a wide range of other stores at the Cardiff Bay Retail Park (Boots, Argos, sports shops etc.). Bars & restaurants are nearby with Mermaid Quay one side & Penarth Marina on the other. Nearby you'll also find the International Swimming Pool, white water rating centre & Ice Arena Wales.

About me: I work full-time through the week as a photographer & digital marketing specialist & have lived here on & off for over 10 years. I'd like to think I'm super laid back & very easy to get on with. I'm someone who always cleans up after themselves (or as I go while cooking) so you can expect to be living in a clean/tidy space. Spend most of my free time keeping fit, out socialising, learning guitar (I try to keep it quiet!), checking out new places, watching random documentaries, going out to shoot photography, or eating!

The room is ideal for someone who's also a working professional, chilled out & easy going, who likes a good balance of social & privacy. Just looking for someone who's considerate & ultimately feels relaxed & happy here!
